Purchase/Payment Information

In the case of direct purchase through the Calcium Emporium  web page, payment is due at the time an order is placed for items in stock.  If we are asked to locate or need to locate a special item, final cost and payment information will be e-mailed to you. Payment will be due at the time the order is placed.

 

Return Policy

All purchases through the Calcium Emporium web site may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Please note that all returned orders will be subject to a minimum $10.00 or %10 restocking fee, whichever fee is less.

To return a product, you must obtain an RMA number by e-mailing customerservice@calciumemporium.clicksitebuilder.com.No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.  All returned items with the included RMA number must be shipped back in its original package.  Any items returned in any other type of container other than its original package (envelopes, bags, etc.) will be refused and the 30 day return window will still be in force.  The restocking fee will also apply if for whatever reason you refuse the package once it is shipped to you via the USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx (Federal Express), UPS (United Parcel Service), etc.  If an item is damaged and is under warranty, we will replace it.  The only exception to that is in the event an item is listed and sold "as is."  In that event a full disclaimer will be made in the listing and you will accept the responsibility of an item purchased in that manner.

 

 

Damaged Items

We do our best to ship every item with the utmost attention to packaging.  However, rarely an item may be damaged during shipment regardless of who may be at fault.  If you have received an item that was damaged during shipment, you have no need to worry.  Items that are received damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional cost to our customers.  All damaged items must be reported within seven days of receiving the item and you must then follow the same process as in the return policy by contacting the customer service department or sending an e-mail to customerservice@calciumemporium.clicksitebuilder.com and obtaining an RMA number.

Shipping Information

All purchased items from Calcium Emporium will only be shipped within the continental United States which includes Alaska and Hawaii.  No international orders are accepted at this time.

 
 

Customer Assurrance

All orders are processed through secured servers from the ClickIncome web site.  Your shopping cart pages are encrypted and all credit card numbers are not stored on any computer from Calcium Emporium nor through ClickIncome.com.
